Booking a Program

It's as easy as 1-2-3!

Decide which program(s) you want. Not all programs are available in all areas at all times. We are constantly training our performance staff with new programs, but due to the very high standards we hold our presenters to, we will not allow a program to be presented until the staff member has been certified in that program. Still, because we deal with several different qualified presenters, we are almost always able to accommodate your first choice program selection.
Determine which date block you want. You can view our entire schedule (see the link below), and find either a week when we will be in your general area OR find a week where we have a performer available (will say "AVAILABLE FOR TRAVEL" or something similar). You also need to calculate how many shows you will need at each campus. Most schools need no more than one day. Smaller schools can get everyone in one or two performances and can thus get the entire school in before lunch, leaving the other half of the day for another nearby school (saving money as well!)
Call or e-mail us and let us help you get everything on the books. Together we can help co-ordinate schedules, match you with other nearby schools/districts if you need additional days, and make sure that you have all the paperwork, teacher packets, and promotional materials you will need to make the assembly a huge success.
